I also understand that working with freelancers has it's pros and cons. They can fill the gaps in a busy month at short notice but it can also be a hassle to bring them up to speed with your ways of working and clients.
My goal is to make working with a freelancer seamless, by integrating with your team and processes, asking the right questions at briefing stage and always being at the end of the phone, Slack, email (whichever of the millions of ways of communicating that works for you!).
